Steffani Downs brings over eight years of experience in the Broadband and connectivity space to her role as Vice President, Legal & Compliance. She oversees overall contracting, risk management, compliance, and human resource operations and strategy in this role. Her strong leadership and communication skills and an in-depth understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the industry have led her to elevate Mereo’s approach to contracting, risk management, and overall compliance efforts as we build a scalable bulk connectivity business.
